They could possibly do so since they are on an acquisition spree. But AT's leverage is pretty high at the moment. OCK's foot print is pretty wide. Buy 1 cover a couple countries.

consolation is that he is still making an operational profit. Only thing dragging him back is the depreciation. Unfortunately the refinery biz is that % are extremely thin. Any slight swing in cost would put him in the red easily
