when a company earning in negative or trending downward continuosly because of earning diluted after the separation of subsidiaries and the business in non core businessses were in below return on invested capital.......i see no reason call for revaluation.


directly owning the subsidiaries share are much better choice as its businesses are much simpler to manage.
