I'm a pure investor....i think it's rediculous for sozo to hangle in the current price ...with earning per share at rm 0.25 and net cash at rm0.59 which is more than its share price. I'm pretty confident no fake accounting in Sozo (zero chance) as i'm a qualified cima holder. With the dual listing in singapore, i'm pretty confident at rm1.50 is very realistic goal.

on one more point in fake account......fixed asset can be purchase at higher than the market rate but can't at rediculous cost.......if you refer to the account of sozo......honestly speaking....those who worried about the issue of fake account must be average investor without actual experience as a business owner....i spoke from my experience only

understand the business model is the most important thing in investment.....if the business model is right.....the balance sheet must be healthier.....otherwise.....no point invest in that company in the first place......

Dear Baramundi80.....i'm a value investor and have accumulated wealth in bursa since 1993...the last bull......if you trust me....buy sozo.....3 times return at least although i can't estimate the timing accurately....but what i can confirm is if the earning and cash continue to improve...the share price must be move to one direction....up, up,,up....take for example Takaful....a global class of islamic insurance (ask how many company in that class beside the oil palm and glove players) i bought at RM1.50....but when people discover the value.....price exploded to rm5.....just imagine

one negative image for china based company is fake account. Let's examine the possibility occur in sozo......the accounting can be faked from:

i) False revenue and thus must reflect in fake account receivable
2) Wrong stock valuation
3) Hanky panky in accout payable.

if you combined all the about.....sozo is still very very valid counter....i place another 200K unit at 54.5 cents before counter start today.....will buy another 200K units if i got the earlier seal.......sozo, sozo gua ai lu!!!!

since the listing, the major shareholders were unchanged if you read the annual report in 2010 and 2011.............good signal..we need good investors with the longterm horizon but i dislike punters who either have no holding power or fucking around with difference share (darling)...anyway i will continue to acquire another 500k units this week....hopefully someone will unload sozo and moving to the other darling...hehehhe
