THere'e another possibility that you are a short term trader who is trying to manipulate investors' sentiments in this market by trying to create panic in them.

IOI, KLK, IJMPLNT, all down these few days. Tak kan expect Kretam to go up. This is only a short term slight correction.

Dumbass short term trader losers are the ones who sold. Winners are the ones who kept holding. With a stock like Kretam, you should not have the short term mentality by letting the daily market sentiment sway you to panic and sell! If Warren Buffet thinks like these short term losers, he would be broke!

Isn't it clear that TKSB is a scaremongering arse who is trying to make people sell to him? How the hell does your stupid brain (if you have a brain) think that Kream will free fall? If it goes cheaper, all the Sabah plantation multi millionaires will buy even bigger chunks of the company. I know a lot of Datuk and a few Tan Sris who are backing this share with millions. They will gladly buy more!

For IOI, from 10c to $5, that is a 50x increase. Then split to 10, became 50c. Then move up to $5 again, that is again x 10. So 50 x 10 = 500 increase. Is my calculation correct?

The current selling is probably caused by short term traders who are taking a quick profit from the split. But Kretam shares at 70c is affordable and a good deal for new investors to enter into a well managed palm oil counter with lots of prime positioned land.

In east malaysia, plantation land per acre is around RM35,000 to 40,000 per acre average. If prime position maybe higher. If industrial land, you can sell around RM180,000 or more per acre in Sandakan area. If in town, count by per square feet! Compared to West Malaysia, even in small towns in Johor, the plantation land are selling RM100,000 to RM300,000 per acre, depending whether next to road or not. So Sabah land has a lot of room for growth.

wonder, from what I heard, Kretam has a lot of land right next to the roads in Sabah. These are worth a lot, because can be developed or sold for housing or industrial. Next to the road, people will be calculating in per sq foot price, not in acres anymore. So the land price will multiply a lot. Also they bought a few palm oil mills. This new management is very diligent and serious in their work. I heard that the previous management was playing shares with the company instead of focusing on the business, and got burned in 2008-2009 GFC. This new management is different, that's why Kretam price keep going up after that. Anyway, just what I heard about Kretam from people in the industry.

I know a few Datuk and Tan Sri who made their fortune from riding IOI, they are now worth hundreds of millions.

Muda, because IOI was a 10c share, it split to 10 when it reached $5. Then it shot back to $5 again. Hope my maths is right.

You calculate yourself, IOI was a 10c share, the real price now is RM50.

Kretam is a good stock . Their plantations are mostly next to the road, and management is good. They split the shares just like IOI did in the early days. The IOI strategy made a lot of investors millionaires. One of my dad's friend made 50 million from holding IOI from the start. This is the power of splitting a good stock.

Save your money go for a holiday or buy a car, it's better than wasting it on this stock which is only good at price diving.

What are you talking about? When you split Kretam, you get 5x more units, so you don't lose value at all. Then after the price is split, it will be more affordable for more people to enter. Just watch how IOI did it. 10c share, went up to $5, then split to 10, then rise again to $5. It makes people very very rich!

Jenny :) I heard that IJMPlnt is also a good stock. They have in recent year started to venture into Indonesia, so young palms just planted. Once the palm matures within 1 or 2 years, they will start to increase the income of the company. Palm oil first 2 years of planting has no fruit and requires expenses on planting and fertilizers. This is the time to buy now, the shareprice will shoot up when the Indonesian young palms start to produce fruits each month. I heard from experienced planters that IJMPlnt current price is in this range now because already factored in the expenses the company spent in Indo for new planting. Soon, it will be reward time. I will be loading up more soon when I get some more funds.

Why sell when you can keep? I still remember when Asiatic was RM3 just few years ago. Now it is Rm10 (GentingPlnt)

Developer companies counter are not moving much these few months. Better to invest in palm oil counters such as Kretam, Genting Plantation and United Melacca.

Palm oil companies are seeing better cashflow starting from last month. If you don't believe me, ask anyone in the Palm oil industry. Buah ada lebih banyak. The few months before the harvest was very low.

Plantations in East and West Malaysia is starting to see higher tonnage of harvesting. The last few months was low harvesting months (trees got stressed? or weather). Since last month, tonnage starts to increase, so it is good news for the palm oil sector

KLK, BatuKawan, IJMPLNT, all up. Logical for Kretam to follow them up. The sector is holding up well

Kretam has lots of assets. 60,000 acres of palm oil land, and newly acquired refineries. The people in the palm oil industry told me, this is a good stock. Their underlying asset is good.
