This shows a very weak management team and cunning or careless Board of Directors within. Bad corporate governance indeed. Did the vivocom company sue TheEdge and find out what happened? Too bad....cunning dishonest people running within the company. Think twice before you invest or trade. You'll never know when is the big bad negative news are gonna hit vivocom.
