In order to ensure full subscription of the rights share @ RM0.10 issue price, the counter ought to be supported at RM0.10 till completion of the rights exercise. At this level what the rights subscribers gain would only be the free warrant. Would this be attractive enough to ensure full rights subscription? Hardly. Note 1 rights share + 1 free warrant to 1 existing share. Again, my 2 c

I think still got fighting chance. If the company wants the rights exercise to be successful, the counter needs to be supported to make the rights subscription attractive ala Tiger Synergy. Of course it's another story after ex. my2c

Thanks Matrix for your warm welcome. I have been monitoring Gamuda for the past 2 weeks. The stock took a dive towards the last 10 minutes before closing on 26/2/14 from 4.59 to 4.43. It appeared to signal an uptrend the next day when a bullish harami was formed. It did gapped up on opening the next day 28/2/14 which ended with a dark cloud with volume compared to the previous day,if I read the chart correctly. Could you take a look and advice. Many thanks.

Things like 4-stage stock cycle, TA as guide for determining entry and exit, position trading, disciplined execution of a trading plan, stop loss versus trailing stop etc. If only I learn about these much much earlier...

Hi Captain Matrix, seeking permission to come on board. I am new to i3investor and have been following silently with much interest some great forums featuring TA which is still very much Greek to me. The little rudimentary knowledge I gather is from Investopedia and wiki.
