forum,,i do a simple calulation EPS = 15 sen, PE = 20..FV = RM3...So, E&O- wa should worth 40 sen,,,IF we put in reclamation work for sungai pinang etc and other development for penang. I give PE = 30,,So, fair is Rm 4.50,,,waraant can worth RM 2,,,i mught be wrong,,,but, iam betting that penang will be the next hong kong in few years time with good governance..
