We have to be careful when we try to talk about the labour problem. The manner of recruitment of workers is almost an universal practice. When we want to recruit and train fresh workers we want to use recruiters who can help us identify the most ideal people. If we want the hard working Indonesians we need someone who can reach out to the young willing people on the many thousand islands.
