宏毅集团（PSIPTEK，7145，主板建筑股）的股价在今年表现稳步上扬，并在上周三创下年度最高峰的18仙。

不过，股价在之后受到套利活动影响略微回调。

该公司母股上周五以16.5仙结束交易。宏毅集团的凭单宏毅集团WA（PSIPTEK-WA），则在上周五以9.5仙闭市。

宏毅集团的主要业务是建筑和产业发展，该公司在截至2016年12月31日结束的财年，取得433万令吉净利，比2015年的187万令吉增加131%。

该公司的营业额，虽然比2015年下跌13%至2亿802万令吉，赚幅较高的项目以及较低的营运成本，反而促使公司盈利增长。

宏毅集团的股价，虽然从今年低点至今涨幅可观，公司股价其实和两年前进行附加股计划前的股价相比低了很多。

宏毅集团的净利在过去几年，除了2015年下跌低于200万令吉以外，其实都在400万至500万令吉左右。而且该公司的每股净资产高达59仙，还比目前股价高超过接近3倍。如今公司盈利已经回稳，所以股价增长还是有很大的空间。

PSIPTEK-WA目前以18%左右的溢价交易，这对一项还有接近3年才到期的凭单来说并不算高。

可是，居于该凭单的引伸波幅比母股历史波幅要高，PSIPTEK-WA的估价其实理论上算高。

该凭单的杠杆比率，在目前凭单显著到价的情况下，并不太吸引投资者。看好公司股价继续上涨的朋友，可以直接买进母股。
