Penang island is so congested now. Therefore, these 3 islands project will boost Gamuda. Probably once kick of the sales of first section of land on Island A then we can see it flies.

The Island A is attractive as it is near to 2nd bridge and also the airport. Gamuda is doing differently to create own land bank via reclaimed land approach. Also, Penang government holding 30% stake of the SRS therefore should be fine moving forward. Financial risk of Gamuda should be relief if the sales of land started early. Initially just require capital to kick start the construction. Correct me if I am wrong.

Probably oil price is going to break 40 this week.

Thanks Trisven your advice. Actually i look at its PE so low below 10 only without evaluate its NTA. NTA is quite high after seeing your advice. In additional, the company background and foundation seems good as revenue also is at up trend. This is why i bough it. Let see how it goes in short term period.
