On behalf of the Board of Directors of Kian Joo ("Board"), MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board has deliberated and agreed to accept the offer made by Aspire Insight Sdn Bhd on 26 November 2013 to acquire the entire business and undertaking including all of the assets and liabilities of the Company.

(吉隆坡21日讯)丽阳机构(TROP,5401,主板产业股)发文告澄清,并未和任何一方达至协议脱售旗下的Tropicana City Mall及同区内的一栋办公大楼,但表明公司将继续与其他潜在投资者商谈,让集团的非核心业务可为公司增值。

根据媒体引述消息报道,大马凯德产托(CMMT,5180,主板产业信托股)有意收购Tropicana City Mall及同区内的一栋办公大楼。

传凯德产托觊觎

对于上述传言,分析员持观望态度,认为除非价格及回酬诱人,否则主力在零售商场的大马凯德产托或会考虑其他目标。

达证券研究分析员回应《南洋商报》询问时指出,在东海岸广场收购案后,大马凯德产托不断寻找具有升值潜质的房地产,公司并购焦点仍集中在零售商场,对办公大楼则兴趣不大。

他说,大马凯德产托有意收购丽阳机构旗下的商场及办公楼产业消息,确实让市场感到意外,因这样的组合并不符合该公司的收购条件。”

“据管理层透露,丽阳机构并无意将这两项资产分售,该公司希望将两项资产合并成一组合一起脱售。”
