（吉隆坡21日讯）丽阳机构（TROP，5401，主板产业股）发文告澄清，并未和任何一方达至协议脱售旗下的Tropicana City Mall及同区内的一栋办公大楼，但表明公司将继续与其他潜在投资者商谈，让集团的非核心业务可为公司增值。
根据媒体引述消息报道，大马凯德产托（CMMT，5180，主板产业信托股）有意收购Tropicana City Mall及同区内的一栋办公大楼。
传凯德产托觊觎
对于上述传言，分析员持观望态度，认为除非价格及回酬诱人，否则主力在零售商场的大马凯德产托或会考虑其他目标。
达证券研究分析员回应《南洋商报》询问时指出，在东海岸广场收购案后，大马凯德产托不断寻找具有升值潜质的房地产，公司并购焦点仍集中在零售商场，对办公大楼则兴趣不大。
他说，大马凯德产托有意收购丽阳机构旗下的商场及办公楼产业消息，确实让市场感到意外，因这样的组合并不符合该公司的收购条件。”
“据管理层透露，丽阳机构并无意将这两项资产分售，该公司希望将两项资产合并成一组合一起脱售。”
