Hi justin. Agreed. But based on the current price. I think should more than rm2.20 because of the warrant. Basically from 2.05(the price b4 announcement) add 0.15. Just that. If pjd holder rejected the offer. Pjd price might come down? Even we all know the value of pjd is more than that.

Just to check. If based on 5 PJD conv to 4 OSK. 5x1.56(PJD)=RM7.8, 4x2.2(OSK)=RM8.8. Is it better to buy PJD and conv to OSK?
