Ah....dividends,my favourite subject. I always look out for stocks that pays a good dividend. Let's see, some high dividend paying stocks ; Uchitec,Wellcall,Skpres,Tienwah,Pintaras,Bjtoto,Hupseng,Zhulian,Amway,Presbhd,Maybank the list goes on and of course not forgetting the Reits. Look for companies with loads of cash on their balance sheet. When my aunt asked me any good stocks to buy or not I always tell her just buy the reits. They provide stable and regular income even though capital gain is slow. No need to monitor all the time. Besides the share price is less volatile. I even told her buy all the reits and you receive income every month(well almost every month). So go ahead, buying dividend paying stocks is a great way to build up one's cash pile.

kc, i'm not worried at all,not the slightest.On the contrary,I've been buying if the price is good.Of course Monday's market up/down depends on GE results.Same like u I never cash out. Look beyond mah! There's a saying "all things will come to pass" n so GE13 will soon be a distant memory.

when u say(for NTPM) u required a growth of 12% for the next 5 years and 3% thereafter do u mean every year grow by 12%? Isn't that a bit too optimistic? How about 8-10%.

mrk2ca,problem with OPCOM is it's too dependent on contracts frm TM.If contract flow stops then OPCOM will "ta pau"

KC,when u r free please take a look at Deleum(5132) another value growth stock?

kc I own Willow shares bought sometime last year when it was trading around 30 sens!. I was attracted by its 10 % yield. Still at 41.5 the yield is good at 7.2%. Besides that,it has yet to announce the ex date for 2012 final div. of 3 sens.

If u give it a PE of 8 times ,Willow being a smallcap stock could be worth about 49 sens.

2>in net cash (Magni- 58 sens p/share, Prolexus -75 sens p/share)

3> trading at low PER-both <5

4>Magni's dividend yield higher than Prlexus

5.Prlexus has risen from 91 sen to currently 1.36.

6> On the other hand Magni has risen from 1.42 to 1.55 currently.

So,any sifu or expert out there care to share your advice,opinions please do.

Desmond,actually cash per share is about 75 sens if u deduct the borrowings of about RM 2533.

it will go up but not now cos GE is close.After GE dust settle it go up
. Buying some now or accumulate it whn its blw 1.20 is a good strategy.
