tan9232, u can screen shot the RSI n HSIF chart together everyday and study it, look for the spike (>70%) and trough (<30%). Check the pattern during normal times, rally times when fund managers are buying (typically have 12 spikes or more) etc. It's hard to explain, u need to learn through experience.
