So the the current price will be 23.5 + 12.9 = 36.40 cent. After minus time-decay value, it is close to 35.5 cent what. It is a fallacy MM will cheat you on the bid price, everything is just follow the futures plus time-value.

Agreed with Lim123. When you want to buy a warrant,check the price first from the link here before you buy, don't offer a high premium than the reasonable one. Sometimes it is OK to offer 1 or 2 bids higher than MM bid price before futures market opens at 9.15am if you are foreseeing the price will go up higher than that. After that just follow MM bid price.

A warrant is priced on its exercise level and expiry date.As such, the higher the exercise level for call warrant, the less likely the call warrant will be exercised and hence, the less value ascribed to the warrant,eg C66. Conversely, in the case of a put warrant, the higher the price at which you are able to sell on a future date, the more likely the put warrant is to be exercised and hence, a higher value ascribed to that warrant, eg H63.
For both calls and puts, it has time-value. The longer a warrant has time remaining until expiry, the higher the value of the warrants. This is because, the longer a warrant has remaining until expiry, the higher the probability of it expiring with value.
The time-value or premium is for MM to make money, hence it is not advisable to hold a warrant too long. Warrant is meant for trading not for holding.
