My best guess is....The investors disappointed with this counter...Index up so high..But this stock also stagnant at 69 to 73 cents...Feel like this counter cannot go up anymore...So they dump it and move this money to other better counter..At least not boring...

I look at the report..Not "wow" at all...Under my estimation....No wonder it keeps on dropping since 3 days...Sure they know upfront and sell it...This counter will only breaks 77cents if win any new contract...Anyway good luck to everyone here
