Esos, in a listed company, not all can get. It can be based on year of servide, position and letter of offer. Where got performance. Go ask around first.

And, normally there is a timeframe for you to buy. Not give today and must buy tomorrow. Don’t think all the staff got money to buy the esos.

You can loan or sell to other ppl as long as can transfer. This usually is buyer give you money first then u transfer to them. (Because you got jo money to pick up )

I would think not many will sunscribe the esos as making little bit only except those got money.
