Nearly average of 100 million share transacted from 10 to 27 cts within 8 trading days through T10 SJ brokers.....next iMonday and Tuesday is T10....will VC be push below 10cts or above 10.5 CT’s ??

Property and furniture business is not so lucrative at the moment,, DPS should diversify into other business digital, money broking business

Most likely privatisation by Peter , but ar what price...definitely around 10 cts....as Peter & cronies are holding at least 80% voting rights..and with the normal reasoning as per many mandatory takeover that for the past 8 years, DPS has been trading in the range of 5.5 to 11 cts etc....the offer price of 10 cts is reasonable to all minority shareholders..

How long it takes to convert 3 PAs now 4cts into 1 mother share, now 19cts.....or is it controlled and timed by the directors approval ? If immediate, then PA can buy now for conversion...

MSIG has agreed to pay RM12.5 million ..but rumours,till now it is not paid yet due as certain legal paperwork’s are still pending.....and consent Judgement must be registered and served on MSIG..which can still be appealable witinh 30 days of lodgement date ..should take around a month from 31-12-2019 announcement....hope around CNY
