实际上，除了盟汇集团，《The Edge》财经周刊探悉，与瑞士公司Global Blue合伙的艾力斯，预计也是竞标者之一。
将获5年营运权
而另外两家竞标者，相信分别是Salihin Consulting集团私人有限公司，以及Islah Wawasan私人有限公司。两者的合作伙伴，分别是西班牙Innova Tax Free集团以及爱尔兰的Premier Tax Free公司。
《The Edge》援引消息报道指出，招标者要求竞标者需和一家国际集团合作，后者需懂得建立、营运及拥有系统，在游客退税领域需有至少5年的经验。
同时，联营公司主要的51%股权，必须由大马企业所持有。
据悉，成功得标的公司，在首年营运或可取得5000万令吉的营业额，2019年时则估计会翻倍增长。
消息披露，被委任负责TRS的公司，将有5年的营运权，随后合约可更新或终止。

传土展局增持激励 艾力斯一度刷新8 年高点

（吉隆坡10日讯）市场揣测联邦土地发展局（Felda）将会增持，激励艾力斯（IRIS，0010，创业板）在近两个交易日飙涨，更一度触达40仙的8年来最高水平。

连续两日飙涨和交易量庞大的艾力斯，今日仍然为马股最活跃的股项之一。半日成交量已有3016万4700股的成交量，惟股价却先盛后衰，中午休市企于36.5仙的水平。

今日闭市时，艾力斯收报38.5仙，平盘，成交量为5407万6700股。

无论如何，前两个交易日在投资者的追捧下，该股已涨了18%，一度触达40仙的8年来最高水平。

消息指，艾力斯过去两天出现庞大交易量和购兴，可能是土展局在公开市场增持该股有关。

土展局在去年通过私下配售，崛起成为艾力斯最大股东。经过增持举动，土展局截至去年11月底已持有艾力斯26.71%股权。

此外，坊间也传出，内政部实施的外劳使用身分证明卡（i-Kad），艾力斯可能在此计划扮演关键角色。
