While order some lot of suma at lower price
Scomies is 1 of ong counter still consider cheap
Have a lot potential
Dont wait till it explode like hibiscus
Low debt.. profitable ong business segment
Only vessel segment recording loss
But once their ophir oil well begin pumping in june it will be too expensive to buy
At that time with improving oil price
Scomies will be very attractive
And their probable TP also look promising

No need lah to curse or belittle others
Just focus on the facts and news

Dont know what the price will be
It will depend on demand n supply
Regardless of any news.. if big lots q to buy then the price will up

The example given is just probability cause no detail n confirmation yet given

For this time being ,
I will treat suma as speculative stock
at .08 i will not dare to buy
At .04 i will consider

Of course uols will say .. u will not selling at 4

Dr share cap 10 cent
Cr acc loss 10 cent

Then yr share only worth 4 cent

After reduce par value

Now attractive to issue RI

The effect: shareholder fund was used to cover losses

Then do reverse share split to reduce no of share

statement by the lawyer of "sumatec not obliged to pay" was only telling the half truth of what a defence lawyer suppose to defend its client.

the lawyer's basis was based on arrangement to sell SISB to setinggi and HLCL

but the consideration is only RM18mil? the amount claimed by creditors is >$72mil?

who is going to pay the balance?

legally sumatec is bound to pay the loan

even Makmor consented to pay on behalf with condition "to sell their only oil & gas filed" then what business left for sumatec to operate?

is this only a sweet words crafted in the announcement to create positive sentiment?

my opinion that is negative announcement.

PN 17 candidate soon. suffer the same fate as perisai.

price wil go back to 0.05-0.06 level

1 more thing to consider. opec planned oil cut is only in the early stage. if only oil price react positively to the plan cut, the reality of what happening might not be favourable

bear in mind 3rd oct is monday, the meeting with bondholder will be held in singapore, while in Malaysia it is public holiday. any news will surely affect the 4th tuesday trade gap up or down.

my bad i dont have any position right now,, but i will not chase

learn from swiber, the co had last debt to equity at 190% , while perisai is at 110%, ezra which is perisai main shareholder also in difficulty with 150% debt to equity.

if the parent also in trouble how are they going to help perisai?

perisai finance cost stood at 25% of revenue , would be perisai sustainable operationally without debt restructure?

current spike may be due:
-people gamble on the outcome of 3rd oct
- last minute effort to raise share price for negotiation purpose on 3rd oct

Swiber has shown, it might not be as easy as it looks when it comes to raising capital. Right now, perisai & Ezra is at the mercy of its bankers, & bondholders.
