1)Barring any unforeseen circumstances, we believe we (Plant 2) should be running at full capacity sometime next year.
2) We expect to complete phase 1 of our Plant 2 in Q3 of 2022. It will then need to be qualified by our customers. We hope to have revenue from mass production sometime in Q4 of 2022.
3)Plant 2 phase 1 capacity is 40% of Plant 1.
4)Plant 2 total production space is 2.5 times of Plant 1

actually the results is expected...the short-term outsourcing services rendered by the Presto entities to PrestoMall still ongoing... PUC not paid for the job done....if this integration is complete, u can see a windfall sales/profit (back pay)

LOLz ... I am now focus on US market... the only stock that still hold in Malaysia is PUC haha (mainly due to legacy) ... I like the Concept/strategy of PrestoUniverse ... unfortunately, PUC lack the fund to push that out aggressively (advertising need alot of money).. If Presto is a non listed private equity, they would easily raise fund via VC.

on the 1.5m revenue, that is actually excluding the sales and contribution from Prestomall...

This is why you see a big drop in rev/profit vs previous corresponding QTR, once this integration is completed, the top and bottom lines of PUC will be boost up... in layman term, it is like PUC helping presto to do something but not get paid...

personally I am not a fans of PW takeover plan from PUC, the valuation is too expensive for PUC to swallow, furthermore the Covid impact to PW is still unknown. Let's look at the bright side, the exclusive redemption deal with Bonuslink and BIG just started... imagine how much $$ redemption annually from them? I heard there is more to come...

@daily8, Low pricing come with subsidised (either from suppliers or the company themself).. both Shopee and Lazada still burning money everyday to fight for the market share.... I dont think PUC hv such gun power to do massive subsidising program (yet)... That is why they use different strategy, partnering with Bonuslink and BIG for loyalty program redemption, Airpaz for flight booking, KKmart for groceries, JD for Chinese product etc... Next PrestoPay will become exclusive payment gateway for prestomall .. accepting all kind of payment (including their own e-wallets, credits, loans, other e-wallets, all loyalty and etc)

@LMN9997, Presto Universe aim is not to beat Lazada or Shopee. Online shopping (prestomall) is only one small part of Presto universe. Presto Universe is an integrated APP with variety of service like flight, hotel booking, E-voucher, movie, food ordering, groceries etc... they even provide loan services for gov servant (ah long)....

@LMN9997, they just merged the login ID and account for Prestomall and presto Apps... next phase, both apps will merge into one (same content etc)...
I m actually surprise to see the ecosystem and variety of services Presto Universe provide.... it take some time to come to this stage... but worthwhile to stay and see how far they can go...

I remember somehow asked before when the Anasuria will back into operation... but the following announcement from Hibiscus was very cleared. they only temporary halt operation for 6 days and not expected to impact their crude off take schedule

"In relation thereto, we wish to clarify that subsequent to a routine visit by the Health and Safety Executive (“HSE”) in late February 2019 to the Anasuria FPSO, Petrofac as duty holder of the offshore production facility, was instructed through the prohibition notice, to temporarily halt production pending the mitigation of a potential risk identified by HSE inspectors in relation to the asset’s flare tip. As a result, production was temporarily halted and over the next six days, decisive action was taken by Petrofac and AHUK to mitigate any potential risk. Other previously planned maintenance work was also simultaneously undertaken during this period. There were no injuries or loss of containment as a result of this matter.

Our understanding is that Petrofac is appealing the issuance of the prohibition notice by the HSE.

This temporary production halt is not expected to impact our crude oil offtake schedule or have any material effect on the earnings of the Hibiscus Petroleum group for the financial year ending 30 June 2019."

hibiscus need to reserve part of their capital as decommissioning costs for future usage when the oil is fully depleted... this is general practice in operator company...
