I thought oil price low is good for SPAC counter to buy assets which lower price. From the performance of all SPAC counter, I think I was wrong :( Oil price low, share price of SPAC even lower T_T

Main problem of REACH is private placement have been allocated 98% of IPO share ... They still got profit (combo price of REACH & REACH-wa) even dumping at current price >.<

Hi barcelona, you can refer back to prospect of REACH. It stated that 0.75% * 94.75% will be return to share holder if no QA within 3 year :D

Compare to REACH got RM 0.71 guarantee return in 3 year if no QA .
It is more safer to buy in REACH
