price of new issue is high, means at this kind of bearish market, the price may drop lower than the new issue price. The chance is high. So during bearish market, get cash and see later is more safe. No matter how, still need to see the announcement and latest market situation how.

DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN got good and bad. what disadv if subcribe: price of new share issue is high, odd lot happening, adv if subcribe: your share on hand wont be diluted due to the share capital increase (total of number of share increase due to reinvestment plan). adv of take cash, can buy the share at lower price when market get worst, disadv of take cash: your share on hand will be diluted. One word, My opinion, if no such plan, actually is good when everybody take cash. Now because of such plan, the total number of share is always increase after every time dividend pay out. somebody opt take, somebody opt no take, also cause adv and disadv.
