At the last minute Pharma shot up 0.21 to RM7.30...could the show begins with Hovid tomorrow?

Pharma already gone up another 0.10 from RM7.00 yesterday...if Hovid is ten times cheaper.. TP should be at least 0.70!

Either way its still win win for mother share...but HOVID BERHAD-WB 2013/2018 only expires in 2018...if I am Uncle Ho.. as a substantial shareholder with more that 38% shares in Hovid, will try to get more funding for factory expansion through a right issues and sweeten the deal with a bonus issue for existing shareholders including Uncle Ho himself..in order to benefit from the RM89M retained profits and reserves accumulated so far...why share with warrant holders if they don't convert?..:)

the signs are there..large amount of retained profits & reserves..I think more than RM89M?.April only first phase run for new factory...they need alot of Capex for factory expansion...bank interest is getting more expensive...the last rights issue was almost 2 years ago....also they have been giving regular dividends lately to keep investors happy....so dividend in specie...rights for warrants...then rights for shares?

If the bonus and rights issue materialised...as a cheaper way to raise working capital as loans from banks is getting more expensive nowadays the mother is a better deal :-)

It will be nice if they announce a bonus and rights issue to raise working capital to finance the new plant as retained earnings and reserves is already more than RM89 million :-)

Not really... uncle Hovid sold most of his shares bewteen Sept. to Oct 2014 with average price of 0.38 under disclosure of Director's disposal..it doesn't makes sense for him to sell low and buy back high..anyway most of the big volume buying occurred from February 2015 onwards after favourable reports from various analysts and trading houses at average base price of 0.44..its better to hold and buy on any dips..as the next 2 qtrs will reflect better on Hovid's coming financial performance as the new factory will add more production capacity and new equipment for higher value products to boost profitability. This factory is expected to operate from April onwards..:)

Wow...between 4/2 to 26/2 already got 7 reports and analysis from various analysts and trading houses...I guess the heat is now on Hovid to perform even better in the next two qtrs with the extra production capacity and higher value products coming from the new factory..:)

If you look at the Price Chart for Hovid...transaction volume has increased tremendously for the month of February as compared to previous months and the price trend is slowly but surely moving upwards..What it means to me, is that people is getting more interested in Hovid and is willing to pay more for it..:)

Yup...you can't go wrong with Hovid...it's part of my long-term investment portfolio...with benefits of capital appreciation and dividends :-)

with new high of 0.365 for warrants, tp for mother should be 0.545 (0.365 + 0.18) or even higher!

don't worry people still buying...just look at the buyers queue for its proxy aka warrants..

max for warrants is RM0.345 & conversion price for mother share is RM0.18. So TP should be 0.345 + 0.18 = RM0.525 or more as there is a lag between warrants and mother share..:)

Agree with all...has been an investor since the days of 20 cents over 2 years...now my investment in mother shares has doubled and best of all already pocketed money from sale of warrants and dividends earlier..:)
