Usually woman have better judgement of character. And mind u, Uncle Buffett has that, it's ingrained, since he was so young...he started Investing. Don't buy Company run by dishonest people. Intelligence is important, Energy is good, but Honesty or Integrity must be 100%. And buy quality business, that have been generating conservative earnings growth, consistently Dupont ROE above 12%, n run by honest n efficient management. TQ.

But they never really want to build or manage...any company. They are many of them... corporate sharks...in Emperor clothings. Many of them know nothing about finance, business management or account.
