In order to get free warrant you have to take up and pay the rights issue share which is at 10sen . if existing shares 18k , you need to pay rm1,800-00 (18,000x0.10) .

you have to wait for the provisional allotment of rights (subscription form) which will despatched to shareholders on 1/4/14. Prepare payment and sent the document before 14/4/14 ( what a nice date). it is the last date for payment of the rights and make sure the registrar receive yr form before 5pm on 14/4/14. then only ypu qualify for the free warrants. Listing of the new shares arising from rights and warrant will on 28/4/14. the registrar if not mistaken is at The Garden.

baby trader; if you hold 18k shares on or before 26/3/14 you will be entitled to subscribe 18k rights and you also get 18k free warrant.
