uz2015, it was not a postponement or a win today. the case was heard and deliberated. kim hao lian was there this morning. however, no decision was made this morning. hearing continues next month. u can wait for an official bursa statement on this within 5 days

i dont think so; i've been thru several court proceedings in which i myself was giving testimony in some corporate cases. what was described by Kim Hao Lian was very legitimate. postponement is allowed during court sessions, however, verdict will eventually be delivered. In general, there r 3 stages for a given case ie. case management, deliberation and verdict
