Price has come back again the last few days. But what is so special if only this quarter result improves. Bear in mind last year's result has taken into account the one time gain from land sale. They have plenty more assets to sell?

Hard to dispose in short time period if you hold a big quantity. Trading vol is low. It used to be a quiet counter but why after land acquisition news it moves up so fast. Agree that it is worth much more than 4 but at 25 or so it was too expensive. So sold all at almost its peak without hesitation. If wait for the buyer to take, it will be time consuming and price kept dropping another day. Just gave in to the buyer even though it also took some time to sell all at my target price before x div. Bye bye aji

this stock looks expensive now. Low PE ratio has included one time gain from sale/acquisition of land. Unlikely to go back to 25.00 in short or med term

9.98 attained this morning. Looks like to break 10 soon. So long as it is fundamentally strong, why worry?

Boring stock for years aldy. Keep going down. You must have the gut to hold, Substantial shareholder like Aberdeen kept selling abeit slowly. Until they achieved their targe, the price is not going to go up. Testing your endurance. Valuation is attractive

It has been quiet for quite some time. Div not so good these few years. Corporate exercise may be coming in near future. I think it should achieve RM 20 not too far away

Look like not getting fund managers' attention now. It is a more solid counter though BPlant is also not bad. This counter was red hot soon after listing but things seems to have cooled considerably last few years

Aberdeen kept selling, but slowly. Look like in no hurry to dispose a huge quantity but nevertheless cutting their stake. Before they achieve their target, they would likely give in to the price you want.
