The play now is hoping to know the price Censof or Skali buying 45% stake from Khazanah.

I have to admit the 4cent dividend comes as another surprise. That is almost 12% its current market price.

Censof has emerged as the potential winner bidder. however, details of the pricing is not available at the moment.

berry, based on previous years, dividend is announced some time in May... We are almost there.

unfortunately, no announcement at all. In an article in March, Khazanah said would announce the winning bidder for its 45% stake in the company by end of April. Today is Labor Day already. The three competitors are Censof, Skali and another company linked to UMNO.

supposedly khazanah will announce the winning bid for its 40% today... but not sure if that is still gonna happen. Lets wait n see.

dividend has just returned after missing in 2012. I will keep for the long term.

latest quarter result will be due soon. And in May, there should be dividend announcement soon. Judging by the recent consolidation in financial industry, there could be possibility of price appreciation too. Just look at how HwangDBS rocket up in a short span of time.

dividend of 15%.. thats a good keep for now. Wait until this counter gets the attention it deserves..

Eventually ak will need some money back from his investment too. So dividend will come to those who wait patiently. Heehee

if follow d IPO Prospectus, dividend was only expected to be given out beginning February 2013. The dividend given out earlier is some sort of a bonus, that is why it is less. I would personally expect coming dividends to be higher as management says 75% of net profit will be given out.

KSK-AMMb deal completed already. Any dividend pay out expected?

It is sad to say that our stock can easily be manipulated by IBs, EPFs or whatsoever institutional fund. Lets just make the best out of it. We try to gain on their gain..

Appreciate passerby input. It is up to individuals whether to invest in HA for coming days. Both sides agree that price of BIMB mother share will be pressed down. However, whether HA will go up as mother share go down, we shall see in the next few days. But what we can see here is this forum has played its part for ppl to post their opinions. I myself learnt a lot too from comments in this forum and become better in making decisions. Cheers to all investors and forumers.

coming,but need to have patience. Dividend can only be given out when disposal of card business is completed. But since it is cash transaction, it is faster. Hoping to have goodies in November announcement of quarter results... hang on..

another good news coming from this company.. after laying low for so long time, something to look ahead. Wait til around november for their Q announcement, and lets see if dividend of 40sen will be included..

*like" alexisvics comment =) This counter depends on type of trader. No one is right or wrong. If you are long term player, UEM is worth going into. But of course in short term, with the uncertainty of election, then this is not a suitable counter for such player. I personally buy this to keep for long term. Strong backing from Khazanah. And Khazanah will definitely hold this until Iskandar project is completed. Then can expect to see UEM land go up. But of course, must have patience for it.

This is a wholly owned subsidiary of Khazanah too.. so I am not too worried that it will go awry.. Big bro Khazanah will surely support it. And there is a lot of make-up to do before election.. BN will want their associated GLC to look good as a feel good factor in their election

i entered @ 1.8... lets see if it goes down to 1.54 (52 year low), if does, ill collect too... keeping this for the long term. It has large landbanks in Inskandar Johor..

GE-13 is a factor...depends on how much u think a factor it is.. I think at 1.80, the GE-13 is very much factored in ady.. But up to ur own interpretation.. this is my own =) cheers

The Company wishes to inform that on 4 September 2012, the Kuala Lumpur High Court had allowed BND's judicial review application to set aside the additional tax assessment amounting to RM73,836,712.01. The High Court ruled in favour of BND and declared that the Inland Revenue Board ("IRB") had no legal basis to raise the additional tax assessment.

The IRB has 30 days to appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision of the High Court.

UEM Land is a stock good to keep til end of year. Q2 result improved. Lets just hope Q3 and Q4 will do well too. Then perhaps we can see a rise in price
