TH Heavy Engineering Bhd (THHE) is tipped to bag a risk service contract (RSC). This is one of a few high profile jobs the company is looking at following the restructuring of its business operations. The oil and gas player came out of the Practice Note 17 (PN17) category for cash strapped companies at end-October.
