This mega project is not only profit to sell power but also helping their country development. Development need power... no one would like to lose this project. Go go go Mega First...

No idea on it, but from my point of view, the project is very important to Laos country, the government and company side will make this project successfull. Now is Oct already, turbine definitely have to start power generating.
