This drop in share market has got nothing to do with the company. It's all due to foreign investors cashing out because they lost faith in our country. Best way to make money is to be brave and invest when market is bad. I believe Kukuman has got something personal against the company. Nothing to do with company performance.

Vin Tan - oversupply means price will drop. Hence making oil producers lose profit because the oil consumption is the same. For countries like ours, we are pretty much dependent on O&G. So projects might be cancelled and put on hold when there is less cashflow. Correct me if this doesn't make sense to you.

If I had bought MAS at its lowest @15 cents and sold it at 25 cents... does that make MAS a good company? Please don't demotivate investors just because you have lost previously. Learn from it.

Losing 40 cents doesn't make the stock a bad stock. It makes the investor a bad investor. Every counter has dropped 40 cents before I'm sure. It's all about timing and holding power. Invest what you don't mind parting with into a good counter and hold it. If you invest 100% of your savings then good luck to you.

The recent dip is due to drop in oil price. Everyone is afraid to lose so they are dumping shares. But I feel that lower oil price would benefit non oil & gas drilling companies (lower cost of petroleum products)

After this oil issue stabilizes (which it eventually will) market should be back to normal. Grab while you can. not just benalec but other companies like Sapura kencana which has already dropped so much...

Good stock doesn't mean cannot drop. Even all the banks were very low couple of years back. Which stock will confirm go up without dropping at any point... let us all know... let us all be rich.

don't trust target price. make your own call. none of these people here know for sure what is going to happen but all talking like they are god. 80+ cent is a good bargain already. Assuming that there is no hanky panky in the company about their reporting.

My advise, don't go all in. test water.. and keep averaging cost if it drops further. .785 is already considered very good price anyway. 2-3 cents dividend already better than FD at this price.

I think it is of good value at the current price being its all time low. Share price will always rise and drop as rizerlee said. I just loaded up and waiting for it to bounce.

I am not commenting on whether this is a good counter or not. However, 0.925 is a very good price even for speculators. I just loaded up myself big time on this. People are crazy and the moment they announce a profit, it is going to shoot up again.
