Proceeds to be completed by 2nd quarter -- end May 2021 and
180 days later for injection of capital.

Only private placement will push up share price.
Example of private placement was from 70 sen to 1.05 sen

AWANTEC is higher now at 1.17 --higher than DNEX while waiting for government compensation.
DNEX will still go up with or without Silterra

You don't understand the fundamental of owing Silterra, you would be worried to dead.

When announcement for definitive agreement comes, the share price will be limit up first and second times before profit taking.
So don't worry but keep buying.

Earning over 50% is really more than good enough, don't be over greedy, set some exit plan.
Deal cancellation has been a very popular trend recently, who knows this might not be another one? After all, without this SilTerra deal, you really find no reason to buy in DNex right?

BUT FOERIGN FUNDS AND LOCAL FUNDS ARE BUYING DNEX AND IT PRICE PUSHED UP HIGHER AND HIGHER EACH WEEK.
TODAY, 355 millions share have been traded and price pushed up by 9.5 sen.
