In my humble opinion:-
1)It's seem like Tan Sri wanna put all transport/automotive related companies into DRB umbrella. It's a best deal to privatize KLB to enjoy more economies of scale.
2)He is trying to use all arms to privatize each others inclusive DRB as well. Then, restructuring. Later, listing back every units.
