Now we know who is the seller for tengku last week...today announcement CK Tan disposed 1.4 mil shares at RM1.4... that means,

1) Current price is under value...fair value should be above RM1.4
2) The board tussle has end and Tengku has the full command of the board now....

Both above are positive for this share

Since morning they have strong q buy at 1.65 & 1.64, and kept on reload q buy 1.65 until end...

Massive disposal happened at 3:35pm & 4:34pm, but immediately they reload buy Q at 1.65, so believe they have no intention to create "panic situation" to accumulate cheaper...and it doesn't look like distribution as they didn't block the buy Q and sell higher (1.66) - 80% volume traded at 1.65 only...

They might just want to increase the shares volume? Any ADvantage by doing so?

- No one dislike money. Change hand to ensure no extra cost incurred when both parties swapping their shares. For example, if I wanna buy RM500k from Connie at RM1.65... I will QUEU first then Connie throw to me. Once the specified lots gaodim...I will queue BUY again then Connie will throw to me. To make sure we get the share at RM1.65...ADvantage here is some panic retailer will dispose their share at RM1.64 or lower then Connie and I will continue to press down n get cheap ticket. THAT IS WHY YOU SEE BUY RATE extremely low at 18% while price change is positive.

2) So what's their likely intention, to push down for accumulation or push up for disposal?
It is differ from case to case. I was not around this afternoon cant tell you much.

@HiongHiongKi: For WZSATU based on two criteria such as 1) BUY RATE 18% 2)Massive dispose at 3:35pm & 4:34pm it suggested that the big player is very likely to change hand at RM1.65 or will come back to press down the price for cheap accumulation. FA wise all key factors are intact and the business growth is on full fire in 2015.

Yeah Connie, what the operators/ Syndicates trying to do? They could have easily goreng up with this volume instead of buy sell at 1.65

oh wow ... the vol (1,084,400 vs 4wk av 229,000) is in fact very high today !!! out of which 808,600 were sold to buyers directly at 1.65 ..
