MHB is good, cash in hand and low debt

Privatized unlikely to happen !!

It is more to oil supply and demand, the current situation wasn't happen before where OPEC push up production and US shale new technology. The low oil price environment will last for coming years, understand the whole picture and get a good entry price. Personally i am confident on MHB

MHB次季净利急跌54%
（吉隆坡28日讯）马海事重工程（MHB，5186，主板贸服股）2015財政年第2季净利按年急跌54.63%，至1803万令吉，导致上半年净利下降27.31%，至5405万令吉。

马海事重工程今天中午公佈季度业绩，2015財政年第2季（截至6月30日止）营业额从9亿8092万令吉，按年骤减40.65%，至5亿8214万令吉。其净利则从3973万令吉，按年急跌54.63%，至1803万令吉。

在2015財政年上半年，该公司的营业额从16亿5237万令吉，按年下降21.22%，至13亿零164万令吉；净利从7436万令吉，按年滑落27.31%，至5405万令吉。董事局没有建议派发股息。

根据该公司发佈的文告，它们在次季完成SK316项目的架构工程，即油井平台顶部工程，及Nautica Tembikai油船的维修工程。岸外部门的次季营业额是10亿7730万令吉。

目前，该公司手头上的工程是Malikai深水项目、SK316、Besar-A、北马盆地计划（North Malay Basin）等。

该部门亦在次季获得Baronia CPP项目和设施提升工程，总值2.01亿令吉。

在海事部门方面，其净利赚幅已见好转，主因是钻油台、液化天然气（LNG）和浮式生產储油船（FPSO）作出更高的净利贡献。该部门在次季共获得总值1.26亿令吉的订单合约。

与此同时，马海事重工程董事经理兼首席执行员阿布菲特里在文告中表示，「市场上的各种不利发展，导致原油和能源价格反弹充满不確定性因素。」

此外，他补充，就岸外业务而言，该公司將持续落实现有的措施，以抵销当前市场下跌周期，所带来的衝击。

至於海事业务，在新订单接踵而来及现有客户的支撑下，料保持良好的表现。

马海事重工程收市报1.18令吉，全天略起3仙或2.61%，成交量是137万5800股。

Oil production is still at the high side and with poor demand, the bearish on this counter will expect to continue.
