Company hold around 170M of Cash, They need to explain how to make use of this? I hope give special dividend to share holder during AGM meeting.

@profit profits, we don't how much structure warrant at market but investment bank know how much warrant still they sell to market. Bear in mind, investment bank also hold Mother shares, Therefore ,their need to do justification whether sell their mother share whether able to cover warrant 's lose when warrant 's excise date due.
Warrant will buy back by investment bank in order reduce their lose. If seller not willing to sell, money still can get depend on base excise price against last warrant price.

Sorry guy but not show-off ,previous profit had been more than 5 digit and i had been happy enough, recently price up and down 10 to 50 cents i don't feel anything, i let it flow.

Another advise as i do, write you daily log record or your decision making records. When feel uncomfortable or others reason , look back those record may understand why you make those decision at that moment.

Share a bit my experience, previous i buy and sell by feeling and lose a lot of opportunity profit on many shares(but some shares make lose as well), After that learn from youtube, i learn need strategic plean in order take huge profit.Therefore, from this share on Sept'20 to Oct'20 I buy in batch. From Feb'21 in sell in batch. 1/2 of shares sell accordingly to Bollinger band and buy/sell rate. Now remaining shares i hold until sell signal appear. At this moment i don't see signal yet. Hope anothers can make their profit as well.

Now, i not talking with TA, from market react and volume seller willing selling with lower price but not a lot buyer willing to buy. Buyer willing to wait for lower price. Therefore not a lot transaction had been done. Buyer wait for lower price but seller don't want sell at low price.And now waiting.... for good news for goreng.

Furniture sales for current year still hot.Next quarter should be OK.Share price drop I think market over react. For myself , hold., if drop , buy more.

If you had strong holding power, you can igonre TA.
Or else you still need TA to help you understand what is pass history trend to decide you entry point.

Each person had their own view and we should respect their own view.
For my TA point of view, price should be between 2.20 to 2.30 recently and in order to build up support. Time too short to build up support within one month.
Meanwhile, auditorandconsult's group must had enough of shares in order fight with Investment fund and mutual fund , or else it quite difficult push their price to 3.50. 2.50-2.70 may a bit reasonable.
RM3.50 may acheived if next quarter revenue and net profit can break new high.
I had this stock at 2.22 , if can break 2.35 , i will top up again.

I had refer to DPS, 90% of revenue from property and around 10% from furniture. Meanwhile on Jan'21 do fund rising through PP. Totally different industry and cannot compare both company at same approach and level. Pohuat should compare with Spring Art or Mobilia or Liihen or Homeriz.

This stock from 2017 , highest at 4.xx and drop to 2.xx at Aug 2018 , and then stuck at 2.xx around 1 year and start climb up around 4.xx until Feb'20 but huge drop to 2.xx after Mar'20. But it able climb until 5.xx after announce bonus issue . after Oct'20 , share price 2.8 and up for a while until 3.xx. After that , it drop until now. Therefore, make you own judgement, current price whether reasonable against their current revenue and further revenue.

I had hold and sell this stock from 3 to 4 years ago and had been encounter it up and down. It had it own cycle trend, please ensure you invest at right time or else your fund was stuck quite a long time. FYI ,Investment institute hold a lot of Tguan stock, retailer was difficult push stock price.
