232. In addition, in this era of new norms, the Government will expand the use of kiosks as an alternative channel for public delivery system. The Road Transport Department will increase the number of KIOSK for some key services such as motor vehicle license renewals and that be located in 50 strategic locations nationwide for the rakyat’s ease in accessing these services even outside working hours.
233. The Government will also allocate 14 million ringgit to upgrade infrastructure and information and communication technology facilities in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as digitalisation of the Malaysian consular services abroad.
