I am confused because got 2 category of OR holders. Those who got free OR based on existing shares held on 2nd Dec. Another category is those did not hold any mother shares on 2nd Dec but buy OR directly from open market today to subscribe RI

I am a bit confused on OR subscriptions.

1) I held 100k mother shares on ex-date and entitled to 200k OR. If I subscribed 200k OR, I will get 150k free warrants (on the basis 4OR+3 warrants for every 2 held). Today I have sold all 100k mother shares while still retain 200k OR. If I subscribed 200k OR into mother shares, I will get 200k mother + 150k warrants. Correct?

2) Those bought OR in the open market today eg. 100k OR. If they subscribe to get 100k mother shares, how many free warrants entitled? 3 for 2 or 3 for 4?

Anyone can help answer.

You need to spend small money to make big money. Convert your RI and later you get OR + warrant. Once listed if they push, you will earn big

Bursa is all about opportunity and timing, K1 considered lost cause if still cannot move up after so many news. So many opportunities during last HC bull run but it could not capitalize. Now still same laggard pattern despite other shooting to the moon, what a joke!!!

Haha, you guys just don't get it after so many months education. Hold what you got, consider it lost cause until some years later it spring back to life. Don't even top up, use your money elsewhere to gain back to lost opportunity and time. Some counters you can earn in 1 week what K1 could not give you return in 6 months.

Reputation damage of K1 is undeniable. Who now dare to buy on any good news when price always fall back 2-3 days later and possibly cheaper than before news. If this continues, before long this counter will be dormant with little volume shunned by all. Trust gotta be earned, management should use their cash reserve to buy back shares and keep it above 0.40 as measure of good faith based on all the news announced.

They might push mother up to make conversion attractive, else no one interested. The aim is to get cash from the RI

In other words which you do not dare to admit as die hard supporter, K1 is very weak counter and defies logic. Only long term investors can hold and endure the weak price and keep hoping for miracle.

No matter what news, it's always the same con pattern. Insider bought before news, dump to retailers for 2-3 cents gain then share price slowly slip back to square one. And the musical chair keeps going on and on...

Looking at seller volume increasing, it's a matter of time later before shark start throwing 0.17.
