Fact is fact as we can see current scenario and price, no matter how much it hurts. No press conference or press release by K1 to update investor how their biz or approval getting along. As I said before, no news is bad news for K1.

Seriously I am afraid of US stock market crash that will herald the great worldwide recession and bear market. When K1 missed the HC bull run timing and golden opportunity, it might not have another chance. Regardless how good QR3 or QR4, just like any any blue chip stock it will tank during a severe market crash.

Seriously Notion an equivalent tech plus HC is a strong company to consider for switching. Despite the sell down, open green close green though off high. Was previously penny stock but now a league above. Same with HLT. Both 2nd tier market leaders that give satisfying returns during HC bull run and also when market start rebounding.

And weed out the syndicates by launching share buyback or private placement. If investor cannot derive value, dividend and excitement to invest in a "growth" company, then what is there to hope for. At least for several weeks forumers can see for themselves the daily miserable price pattern at opening 9am when sentiment good but no positive news from K1... Fake uptrend 2-3 sen then downhill, trend sideway, occasional fake buy to green, then throw down again. Come afternoon if still nothing positive red and redder.
