I am assessing it on the basis of the business plan of the company and that HS knows what he is doing and will reveal all in good time.

Some people will assess is strictly on the basis of a 'goreng' counter with all sorts of scam and schemes to lure investors.

But you also have to differentiate between the ghost stories tellers and those who has news/opinions to share with no hidden agenda and especially you have to be aware of those who spin bull crap .

EGM is to obtain shareholders' approval (and to determine the ex date etc) for the RI after that we have about 3 weeks before effect ex-all date. if price languishes at this level to calculate the ex-all price then you 're in dire strait if you hold and not subscribe because the dilution in the immediate and mid term would be quite severe because we are talking about a massive 5 for 6 !

HS the management and even Looiks have to recognise and appreciate that many investors would like to see the RI through and subscribe if warranted but at this rate one can't even make any assessment if based solely on the price performance vis a vis the uncertainties and risk of huge cap and dilution. many are conservative investors who don't like to hip hop too. Looiks who once used to preach long term investment and who once used to condemn the class of people he called 'swing monkeys ' has become the king of hip hop ha ha.

chameleon is not necessary a bad thing because he calls it as the situation stands one should only assess based on the person's hidden agenda or intention, if any.

long term investors have no choice of course because head already stuck in deep. we are at a stalemate.. mate..

no one is going to buy and hold this share with so much uncertainties and the very unpopular RI looming ahead

this price is neither here or there too expensive to take a risk and too cheap to chase after it
