Q1 not so good, but still make profit..better than last Quarter ( Q4 ) but not from last year Q1. can collect from now..maybe will go below 80 sen and then hovering between 80 to 90 sen..

Q2 will be same like Q1, but in Q3 there will recognise sales of aset ( turbine ) worth 19mil USD ( RM76mil ).

Jika total Div ialah 5.86 sen, pada harga RM0.85, DY adalah 6.8%, pada harga 0.90, DY adalah 6.5%, pada harga RM1, DY adalah 5.86%.

Still better than FD, cuma mungkin ada paperloss jika kita beli pada harga tinggi.

Malakoff juga sudah bayar zakat perniagaan, jadi Div dan jumlah saham yang kita miliki tidak perlu dizakatkan lagi.

Jadi minimum payout 5.86x70% = 4.1 sen.

2.8 sen already distribute, jadi paling teruk dividen kali ini ialah, 4.1- 2.8 = 1.3 sen

Tapi seperti mana kita tahu, sebelum ini company bagi 100%payout. Jika CEO sekarang teruskan, maka dividen kali ini ialah, 5.86 - 2.8 = 3.06 sen.

Retain earning still big, still can maintain give dividen 3sen every year.

very good Q report, but the Question is, can sendai get 700 mill revenue in Q4 to achieve 2 billion revenue this year as promise? ringgit getting stronger, it's not good for sendai.
