mother 2.00, warrant exercise 1.65
thus, warrant intrinsic value should be 2.00 - 1.65 = 0.35

However, their lose might be able cushion by warrant value listed on mid of Jan.
Simple calculation:
Refer to some warrant, their trading value should be about 0.4 - 0.6. So at a 1 for 4 basis, each share already cushion your coat about 0.10 - 0.15
So you say people will come to kacau the stock or not? That why the vs recent price is almost stagnant.

Hold for longer period will reduce your risk. Holding power is one of key factor to determine you are winner or loser

as long as you are continue holding the share, you will receive free warrant on the basis on 1 for 4.
no price adjustment as the warrant "intrinsic value" is 0...while warrant value is definitely more than 0.
assuming warrant price is limit up on first trading day, say 0.30...this mean that the warrant value had cushion your investment cost by 0.075 per share.

15/12 - EGM - announce entitlement date, i expect this will be on early jan, i.e: 05/01/16, match to dividend )
