If too many tiers along the chain price expectedly higher. If allow everyone to purchase direct from producer, buyer will not have volume bargain. All vaccine producer worldwide sure have those tier pricing one.

My guess price published is for 2 dose. That may includes all process involved. Importation, cold chain storage, packing, admin, logistics + mark up. Also depends on how many tiers thru out the supply chain before it reach the people.

May buy Cansinobio thru Solution bcoz Solution is registration holder. May buy Sinopharm or any other vaccine thru whoever tbe registration holder is. All the vaccine subject to NPRA approval. The mark up is normal to cover business process and some profit gain. The buying price presented to audit committee but not us public for some reason.
