guys, dont let the disposal misslead u all. if we take out disposal, the company still have 3.25sen eps. we try to count conservative which we add up all the current 4 quarter eps, we will get at least 7.1sen. We take ideal PE 9-10 and count then u will get at least 64sen. dont forget, it still have 3.5sen dividend. so it should worth above 60sen!!! I will buy it. no doubt
