Hi zoro_roronoa, like what I posted yesterday. ripcol has the expertise in setting up the medical glove and AT has made their first glove in the lab. Therefore, Pearl glove acquisition become less important. But I don't think they will cancel the deal. So far, haven't get update on certification.

What I heard from AT engineer that they are setting up 2nd production line and Pearl Glove going to delay again.

Pearl glove don't produce medical grade glove. their expertise and cert are not relevant.

Ripcol has expertise to setup medical glove production line. Acquisation of Pearl Glove not so urgent or relevant. Don't be surprise if SAA of Pearl Glove extended again.
