In a competitive business environment, quality, capability, price, productivity and wastage are the factors. That's why I like this company.

The buy back is 50k shares by the wife of director Goh who declare the indirect interest. A good sign at least.

Good quarter with record breaking year, most shareholders, including me, are happy. But the major shareholders were selling before the result was announced.....puzzled. Anyone has any idea was it a placement to institutions or sold to open market?

Personal sharing: I have been following this chat room quietly since I bought KSL at 2.80 in July 2014, accumulating on the way up, my last bought was 4.17 on 7th Oct. I am a medium to long term investor, not trader, as I do not have much time on screen. I do not care much about the short term jerk, of course I missed the sell high opportunity in some cases, but as long as it is a fundamentally strong counter, I will be alright.

54055 if you have the mother shares in hand, theoretically you will make 12 sen gain. You risk is while waiting for the conversion which may take a few weeks, the dividend is declared and ex-ed before the conversion completes, you will lose the dividend. So do it fast, do it before the dividend is declared.
