guys , if you really understand how the merger or share option work . You can easily understand what i am trying to tell you guy here . Please add 15% to the price of Rm0.32 it will become RM0.368 . The Company has to support the price to a certain level. If the price fall below that level , the party which is holding the share under the share option can sell in the open market without any obligation . Further more , these company is not a pasar malam company which got no cash reserve with high gearing . No reason for the MD to ruin his own company.
