On behalf of the Board of Directors of IWCity (“Board”), AmInvestment Bank Berhad, wishes to announce that both parties to the Shareholders Agreement have mutually agreed to extend the signing of the SPA by the special purpose company, Greenland Tebrau Sdn Bhd (“GTSB”) to on or before 20 March 2015.




For information purposes, GTSB has been incorporated on 18 February 2015 of which both the parties to the Shareholders Agreement have also inter-alia mutually agreed to extend the Initial Investment to on or before 13 March 2015.




A separate announcement shall be made in due course upon execution of the SPA.
