Let me analyse why VS is dropping.
(BTW I'm not holding any, just a personal opinion)

1. Son is expiring soon, and last trading date sound be 16th DEC)
2. So for those have no enough money to convert son or those dont want to convert, they are throwing son before last trading day to avoid lower selling price.
3. While everyone are throwing son, the exercise price is 1.32, for those holding mother shares will be panic, because mother by right = son + 1.32.
4. They selling mother to avoid unbalance mother and son in these last few days, or they are throwing mother and hope that can buy son with lower prices near last few expiring days and can get more son just top up 1.32 to mother shares. So they can accumulate more mother shares with lower prices.

That's all what I see.
